A passion for flavour doesn’t just happen – people share it. The Salaisons Bentz expertise is rooted in a long family tradition of artisan delicatessens dating back four generations.
Since 1960, Salaisons Bentz has lovingly preserved and passed down the family’s unrivalled knowledge. Rooted in the gastronomic heritage of Lorraine, a region in north-east France, our charcuterie and salted meats are produced using the very latest technology to serve the best quality we can.
Along with the traditional cooked ham which is our pride and joy, we take great care to create a range of products combining flavour and quality, authenticity and natural ingredients.

Acknowledged and appreciated for its dynamism and ability to meet customer expectations, Salaisons Bentz is also renowned for its diverse range of products. One of our must-haves is our “3 noix” cooked ham, which is made from superior cuts of fresh ham muscles (noix de jambon). Both our Lorraine ham and dry-cured Fuseau Lorraine sausage are salted with Sel d’Einville (salt from a village in Lorraine) and produced using meat from the “Lorraine Qualite Viande” programme, offering farm to fork selection and traceability – a programme which has been running for just over 20 years.
 
Lorraine ham, Fuseau Lorrain and Couronne Lorraine (smoked, cooked ham sausage) all carry our “La Lorraine Notre Signature” quality stamp promoting the Lorraine regional heritage. Now more than ever Salaisons Bentz is the benchmark for quality regional products. Local production also helps us meet today’s environmental challenges, with Salaisons Bentz ideally situated to reduce food miles and CO2 emissions.
